You can restrict searches to specific sites by adding the prefix "site:(short website URL)" such that "couch site:3dwarehouse.sketchup.com" returns searches of "couch" on 3dwarehouse.
You can also restrict searches to a group of sites by adding "OR" in between your site filtering such that "couches site:3dwarehouse.sketchup.com OR site:gumroad.com" will return a search for couches on 3dwarehouse and gumroad
